About
My name is Bill Hoffman. I am a retired Houston Police Lieutenant who went into public education. I taught high school for ten years and then was a school counselor for another six years. I have been married for 32 years and have two wonderful adult children. I have a masters degree in counseling from Sam Houston State University.
A few years ago a young lady who grew up with one of my daughters asked me to officiate her wedding. I agreed but only if we did some pre-marriage counseling first. The entire process went wonderfully and I fell in love with helping others establish a firm foundation for their wedding and their marriage. My goal and focus is to help you make the wedding go exactly how you want it to go. I provide a variety of options for the ceremony but will always work around your preferences.
I am available to do pre-marriage counseling only or pre-marriage counseling and officiant services together.
My fees are well below average because I am doing this more for the fulfillment than the money

We will meet three separate times to do reality based counseling in an effort to help you establish the right foundation for your marriage.
Pre-Marriage Counseling and Officiant
We will meet three times. During these meetings we will cover both pre-marriage counseling and determining exactly how you want your wedding ceremony to go. I will provide options but everything is designed to fit your needs and wants. I will also attend any rehearsals and of course the actual ceremony.
